LuckyPick Pro is a one-time digital unlock (US $9.99) processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because Pro is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key, all sales are generally final once the license key has been activated.
If you are not satisfied with Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your license key has been activated on one device only and has not been resold or shared. We may decline refunds for keys showing signs of abuse.
If your license key fails to activate or was never delivered, contact us and we will fix it or issue a full refund — at any time, not just within 14 days.
Email with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
